Congratulations to Annlyn Motors who have just been presented with Volvo Australia’s ‘2011 Dealer Of the Year’ at a recent special event in New Zealand. This is the third time Annlyn have won DOTY, having previously won in 2004 and 2008 and in accepting the Award, John Dunn thanked his entire team at Annlyn for all their hard work and commitment. Matt Braid, MD of Volvo Australia, said that the DOTY Award recognises a dealership that achieves the highest standards across 13 key criteria amongst which customer service, professionalism and all round performance are included.
